Under the External Relations Department, the Financial Institutions Department manages correspondent bank accounts, conducts accounting settlements, and offers products tailored to clients’ needs. This department also addresses customer challenges and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, establishing a global network of correspondents across several countries, facilitating financial transactions for clients.
